These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms", "T&C") describe the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of clothing products on kaidybrand.com (the "Site") operated by KaidyBrand ("the Site", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Orders
Order Acceptance: All orders placed on the Site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to the availability of products, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order.
Order Information: You must provide complete and accurate information when placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by you.
Product Availability: Products offered on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products we offer or discontinue any product at any time.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing: All prices displayed on the Site are in [currency] and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping and other charges are not included in the stated price and will be added to your order total at checkout.

Shipping
Shipping Options:

Standard: Delivery in 3 business weeks after the closing of the website (due on the 14/08/2024).
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on the weight of your order and your location.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3 weeks after the ending of the collection availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., customs delays or strikes).
Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact. Gift cards and sale items cannot be returned.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at kaidybrand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email that we have received the returned item. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure above and place a new order for the desired item.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of KaidyBrand or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KaidyBrand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses resulting from or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or the Services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
